The owner of the website sjk.ee (hereinafter the Website) is OÜ SHANGHAI PÜHA JOHANNESE MTÜ (registry code 80577216), located at Sitsi 15a, Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter SJK).

Validity of terms of use, donation information.

The Terms of Use apply to making a donation on the Website.
The size of the donation on the website is determined by the user. All donation amounts on the Website are in euros.

The donation process
The user selects the payment method by clicking on the corresponding button or link.
The user enters the donation amount in euros.
The user must agree to the terms of use.
Payments for bank cards and bank links are mediated by AS LHV Pank.
PayPal payments are mediated by PayPal.
If the user wants to donate using a bank card or bank link, the amount of the donation will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

Right of withdrawal
A donation is a gift to charity. Donations are given without return consideration. Given the nature of donations, donations are not subject to a return policy.

Purpose of the donation
The purpose of the donation is to help SJK to fulfill the goals set in its statutes (establishment of a school and operation of the school establisehd)

Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The website only uses the personal data entered by the user to process the donation.
The website will send newsletters and offers to users to the user’s e-mail address only if the user has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has indicated his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
